Great complex. Animals are allowed, which is nice, but they need a better designated area for pets to do the doo. Cool area with pool table, shuffle board, gym, free bikes, kayaks & paddle boards to tenants and guests. Great amenities for local activities. They need better security surrounding the property, there have been muggings nearby.

We love it here! The complex is beautiful and the views are insane. The staff has been extremely helpful in getting us set up. Its quiet and the neighbors are nice

I lived here for a year and have loved the Wayfarer but also been disappointed at times. Id say a great experience here and would definitely recommend it. Im going to tell you my honest evaluation. Im gonna start with cons because thats what youre here for Cons: - this place is thieves alley!! THIEVES. anything left unattended will get stolen. Bikes will get stolen. The common amenities area was completely robbed - an elderly woman was physically assaulted within the property and the property did not alert us (but otherwise I felt safe) - Staff can be inconsiderate, however, big kudos to Jordan. He is amazing! - airbnb/Vrbo (despite being banned), the amenities are often abused by rentals and locals. - dog waste everywhere - charged $450 to clean after you move out (even if its already professionally cleaned) Pros: - quiet and beautiful location - great community - building is new and contractors keep the building pristine - clean clean clean - resort style amenities - AC/large balconies/washed/drier - tennis courts, deep pool, coffee machine, ping pong tables

I've been in the Marina since 1991. This team has been the best I've ever seen. The dock master Cheryl, Management Sarah and Anthony and leasing team Jordan and Michael are always very attentive and ready to help when I call and come into the office. 5 stars all around!
