image Very bad experience.
Brought my chrysler van to check the engine light on . They charged total of $1665 for labor , $500 for different parts and took roughly 15 days to let me know that transmission needs replacement.

image I was excited at first but the first time we tried to pull some jet skies had issues with the transmission. They tried to talk us into doing transmission service. Note if you are buying a used car they arent making sure services are done and you are not necessarily getting a car in good condition. When you buy used you are buying someone elses problem. Thank you Adam and Jospeh for making our goal of getting the right truck for us! We got everything we wanted!! We love it and appreciate your support through the process!!!

image Brought my Dodge in to have an emissions-related PCM reprogram performed. This should have been done by the factory several years ago, but I was never notified. I was told I was being charged more than the TSB called for, as that was dealership protocol. When I questioned this, the service manager, Robert, told me to take my car to another dealer.

image This place is ran terribly. Ive been coming to this dealer for regular maintenance for my car since we had moved out here for over 5 years and this is how I get treated. I had left my car with them for a month to get worked on and when it was done everything seemed fine until I started to look in the glovebox etc. and everything was all over the place and things were missing so I talked to the lady that had helped me and said she was gonna call the manager over so I told him some things were missing and at that time as I was telling him I completely forgot about a $200 pair of sunglasses that I had in there and they were also taken so I had accepted his offer of 50% the next oil change thinking not much was taken. So later that day I had called them letting them know about the other things missing and they basically called me a liar saying why I didnt say nothing when I was there lie that was gonna change anything? I told him to go ahead and check his cameras since he didnt believe me basically calling me a liar like it was my fault someone went into my car and took stuff on their property while it was in their possession that was the most unprofessional experience I have ever experienced and to top it off he wanted me to send him as receipt of my glasses since Im a liar apparently so I sent him one same amount and even had my name on it but I guess that wasnt enough because I never heard from him again and that was about half a year ago that this happened. Needless to say I dont recommend this place to anyone ever.

image Cant give negative stars. Took jeep in as soft top was seperating. They covered it under warrenty. Notes on paperwork state that the new top is "extremely tight" one of the rods holding the top together snapps under the pressure. Dealership and crysler refuse to do anything to fix this. Do not bring your vehicles here.
