        so hard to get get a number for a local branch. All you get is 800 numbers and they can't even find a phone number other than the 800. I don't want to drive 30 minute for nobody to be there to help me. They do mostly work from home now days.

        Horrible customer service. They Gladly take your money to invest so easily but when it is time to cash out so many antics and excuses. Do not use their services!

        We spent a lot of time here trying to setting up a self 401K for my husband. The person helping us clearly had no clue what that was but finally with the help of their retirement team on the phone got it done. We find out about 2 weeks later the actual application was never submitted. There is no solo 401 K. God knows how many people's retirements this woman has screwed up.
