Grossly incompetent branch. I went directly here to speed up the paperwork involved with setting up accounts. They lost the paperwork and/or never scanned it in.  It took forever to get a supervisor on the phone but he was useless and tried to cover up the mistakes.

I went directly to Fidelity to speed up the process but they lost my paperwork and/or never scanned it in. Took forever to get a supervisor on the phone days later and he just tried to cover up their mistakes

I needed a form filled out for the federal ibonds scheme. I went round five places beforehand, who were unable to handle it, these guys not only completed the form for me, but they were extremely friendly and professional throughout.
