        Kevin Cvitanov provided me with great customer service. He was patient, informative, and kind. He took the time to explain everything to me so that I would fully understand my options. Scheduling was a nonissue. In person or zoom are both options. I also had a pleasant experience with Nancy Chappell. I would definitely recommend this team.

        Took my $31k for 2 $15k acts. Had no problem with a p.o.box when they took money. Then frozen my money after they already cashed check 10 days ago. Questionable if tomorrow's going to be a day of hiring an atty or getting the 8k I need for roof replacement out of my $31k. Will post again, and every day I can't access my account.

        Long wait to fill out forms even though we called ahead to say we were coming in to fill out the forms. No one can seem to find the formsso far I am not impressed with the efficiency of this office.
