        The fact that theres been no reviews for the past four months should definitely raise red flags, something is happening in house. Theyre asking for pin numbers, to pay bills in cash.? If this is a policy, it needs to change.my father is in the hospital and I need to contact him if I cant pay his phone bill myself without any help. Somethings wrong. This has been the only Metro I needed a pin number to pass a bill

        They gave me a defective phone it doesn't take incoming calls instead of $155 now they don't want to return my $155 to me or give me another phone
