        MY NEW FAVORITE METRO BY T-MOBILE STORE in Van Nuys, California. Ivan is now the manager of this store and I can't say enough about how helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly he is. Excellent problem-solver and troubleshooting, Ivan helps me with all my phone problems and questions, straightening out billing matters and technical issues. I always return to this particular store whenever I am looking to upgrade a phone, add or change service features because good customer service is very important to me.
