Absolutely shocking service. I hired a car for 3 and a half months and spent $4500 with this company and then they hit me up for $450 for a small stain. The guy that services the car is an absolute a..hole. The lady on the front desk told me I could go back and get the car and have it cleaned myself but he was like. "No I already started." Because the contract hadn't been closed I should have been able to get it cleaned elsewhere. His attitude was just wrong from the start. This company does not know how to treat people. Even though they are cheaper they hit you up for extra fees which is deceitful.

Check24.de advertised 8 seats. Instead of a Ford Expedition we received a Mitsubishi Outlander. Budget employees claimed they don't even have cars with 8 seats. Update: i got a refund of $300 which is acceptable.
