Horrible attitude and service. The lady was yelling at me when I asked a simple question about getting a check. Literally walked out.

Was changing quarters at this bank. They were just serving others before me. I just finished meeting with one of the representatives and went straight to the line to the counter. The bank lady stared at me in a mean way and asked me who let you in and growled that she's closing. I was trying to leave then. Her other male colleagues saw what she said. Ended up helping me in a awkward and unwillingly way. It's my bad that didn't know their business hour shortened. But I was just asking as a customer in a 3-minute question. What I was saying is the bank lady verbal and non-verbal mean attitude towards customer in such a short time. They surely don't like their works but don't have to behave this way to your customers. Conclusion: Experienced bad customer service. Edit: What's funny, in your staff's response in Google. Your staff don't bother spelling my name right, it's "Kin". Your staff misspelled my first name even though it's a simple copy and paste/double checking. Don't mean everyone in your bank is a bad attitude person but this response mean nothing but just a joke.
