      image Branch is very close to the USC Campus, so they get a lot of students opening accounts. Ms. Candy Vera provided exceptional customer service when opening our son's account! It seemed to me that all employees at the Branch are committed to great Customer Service. Very happy with our choice!

      image I dont like banks, but I definitely prefer Citi over others. The customer service has been great over the many years Ive banked with them. I miss some of the previous managers. The problems are with the decision makers, not the employees with whom we interact.
