Wells Fargo Bank

This is the Wells Fargo bank branch for which I want to cancel my account the lady who walks around with the iPad is rude she has no respect that is her job serving customers I did not put her in that position she applied to work in Wells Fargo I think she doesn't like her job Wells Fargo please attend to these problems she can't go on like this it's my money I care thank you

Worst customer service ever! They make you wait to open an account or talk to a banker all for them to tell you its by appointment only. Dont make people waste their time and put up a sign or something that way I wouldnt have waited that long just to be told that. There were 4 people in front of me which I waited for until they finally took me into consideration. Never coming here again. I wanted to come in person for a better understanding about the credit card but Ill just do it online.

In recent days it has become the worst bank that I visit. The customer service ladies are the worst in the 8 years that I have visited, they seem not to be prepared for this position.
