Chase Bank

Relocated with my wife and two children from the east coast for work. The large two bedroom apartment was modern, well kept, and reasonably priced for the area. As with any rental, there were ups (close proximity to the beach & Costco) and downs (fire alarm system malfunctioning). However, when there were issues, management worked to get them resolved. If anyone on the property management team reads this review, I would say to make sure you post frequent updates for your residents on the correct e-mail or phone number to use when reporting an issue. Several months in, I tried the phone numbers originally given to me and all were disconnected, which was of course frustrating. Additionally, the apartments on the Washington Blvd side of this building do get a good amount of street noise, so I would advise trying to get an apartment on the alley side. Overall though, we had a really positive experience living at Landmark Chase. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Landmark Chase to anyone looking for a very nice & safe apartment that's convenient for traveling to and from locations in Culver City, Venice Beach, Marina Del Rey, and Santa Monica.
