I am with UCLA Health Axuiliary. Vicky Zekiyan is our bank representative for our account with CNB.  She has gone above and beyond to support us throughout the entire PPP application process and is there for us anytime we have questions or issues regarding anything related to general banking as well.  I truly appreciate her and the way she represents CNB.  She is informative, professional and very personable. She makes banking with CNB  a personal experience for her clients.  She is gold!

This bank, along with it's branch president, Annie Tabakian were critical to my success at applying for a Small Business Loan. Ms Tabakian proved to be extremely impressive in shepherding me through the process and I am certain that without that help I would not have succeeded in getting it. My colleagues have also applied through other banks where they got put to the back of the line and none of them have as yet been approved and some were even told to try using another bank even though they had been very long term customers. We had the pleasure of working with Ayssa during a very stressful time and she was very patient with us and always remained professional.  We were applying for the PPP loan through City National Bank. I would like to thank her and recognize her because she went above and beyond her "banking hours". Even with her email correspondence, just about every email I received from her was in the wee hours of the night; I don't think she slept during this period. This told me she was not only assisting us with our loan but other business as well.  I truly appreciated this.  Should you ever require the services of a bank I highly recommend City National Bank and make sure you have Ayssa assisting you, she is a jewel!  Thank you again Ayssa!
