U.S. Bank Branch

Scheduled an appointment for opening an account for my business, thats what I saw when I came. Dont trust this bank or be ready to to pay out of your pocket for their poor management.

Got a new consulting llc business and they wont give me an account because im inexperienced at business and have no history as a start up. Telling me to be more specific about how i make money. Its a brand new business there is no money to be specific about. The business i closed is not related to the new business thats why its new.

They have a new manager. With red hair. She's horrible She needs to get fired or something The way she runs the place is causing huge lines and extremely angry customers.She's making everyone work behind the desk instead of working behind the thick glass. Which is extremely UNSAFE for employees. Those stations with a glass barrier were made for a freaken purpose!!!! To make it safe for the employees!!!! She's treating them miserable and the way she organized everything is causing the customers wait waaaay toooo long. Please get rid of her
