        I am new to US and dont know well how US healthcare system works. Was recommended for TB screening during my physical (i assumed it would cost me 0) and ended up paying $$$ out of my pocket. Not happy. TB screening was waste of money for me.

        The absolute worst. They play cat and mouse with your medication. I have to go a week without getting my prescription refilled. And making an appointment is almost impossible. The front desk..don’t get me started. Just all bad.

        The call center is a joke! They never help it’s a waste of time Sheesha on 12/26 at 2:40pm gave me the run around left me on hold forever after I left a call back number. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she said there was no supervisor until Friday 12/28 because Cathy was on vacation. I can never get in the same day to our primary care physician why even have one? Then urgent care is 4. 1/2 hours wait and no where to sit. I went to 2 other urgent care centers only to be turned down. I guess I have to call 911 for my daughters ear ache. Don’t get sick during holidays because nobody cares if you are sick!
