Dr Gloria Hu is my doctor. I also like Dr Ryan Tran. This group of doctors here at Optum are attentive and care about your health to a fault! Dr Ryan stayed on me about that mammogram and I am so glad he did, I am all clear! I love that they are about preventive care and not making a buck off of the patients. There is always plenty of parking. They are also located near many good restaurants, so that you can treat yourself after you've been good and went to the doctor like you should ! :)

Really like Dr Maples. But office is very disorganized and gives wrong information. Husband went in early part of February with injured foot and got a referral for MRI. Made appt for MRI a couple weeks later. Got a call the day before from MRI facility saying they never received referral or doctors notes. Had to pay for it despite having Anthem PPO insurance. Called Optum to try to straighten things out and waited on hold for 40 minutes. Hung up phone and drove over to office two days ago and spoke to Office Manager Victoria who said we should have gotten a call from Dr Maples with results of MRI and she would follow up on insurance. No phone call from either Dr Maples or Victoria so my husband drive over again today. This time he was told he has to make an appointment to talk to Dr Maples. He is in pain and all they do is jerk us around.

Dr Richard Lee has been my family's doctor for years. He is my family's health advocate. He is friendly and caring. We appreciate the time he takes. Thanks Dr Lee

Service has declined horribly since Optum took over. Appointments can take weeks to months if you want to see a specific doctor. I recently called complaining of chest pains and they told me they dont have an available appointment until next week. They recommended I go to their urgent care. I went there and they said its at least a 2 hour wait to see a doctor. I finally left and went to a different urgent care and was seen immediately because of the nature of my complaint (possible heart attack). Ill definitely be making changes to my medical coverage next open enrollment
