I don't know why a professional doctor's office would allow the public/patients to be treated in such an unpleasant environment. The front staff can be rude and off-putting. The phone system is meant to deliver pain to the caller and in today's world, why? Please say you are closed on the recording -- how difficult is THAT? It's been a rough and rocky road to see a new doctor after my last one retired. Dr. Rebecca Neal Krawl should try to clean up the reputation of her office. It's shameful. I'm going to ask my primary doctor for a referral to see someone else. It's too frustrating of a challenge to make an appointment and then come in and be treated with disrespect.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nathaniel Neal for 20+ years. He is an amazing person and doctor. His front desk person (new) March 2023 was very rude and calus. She needs to take lessons from the other staff members. Not the quality of Dr. Neals caring staff. They are a reflection of him. She is not!!!

I had an appointment yesterday, may 1, 2023 at 9:15am. I arrived early and proceeded to check in with the lady at the front desk. This woman has a very unprofessional attitude. I arrived not wearing a mask, as masks are no longer required. This woman rudely told me I needed a mask. I replied that I do not have a mask with me, and she told me I have to leave and go buy a mask. It was very clear this woman has some sort of personality disorder and I was not going to engage in her nonsense. I simply asked if I could reschedule my appointment. This woman told me NO, and then told me to step out of the office and that was that. I have read through several other reviews for this doctors office and I am not the only one who has had difficulties with this ridiculous woman. I waited for this appointment for months only to have this woman's personal beliefs about masks keep me from getting the medical care I need.

I would not recommend Valerius Medical Group - they never answer the phone and when you finally reach someone, they say they will call back - AND NEVER DO!!! I have been trying for 3 days checking to see if my medication arrived at their office.
