Wells Fargo Bank

Great people work at the branch but its still Wells Fargo. Seriously effed bank but they have my mortgage. Just be nice to The staff. They are good people and will help you.

I dropped into this location to set up my son with a checking account. The teller said she had to check with the banker on site that day to see if she was available. Mind you, the banker is sitting at her desk less than 6 feet away from me without a customer. The banker proceeds to tell the teller that I would have to set an appointment. Again, the banker clearly knows that I am standing a short distance away from her, but she chooses not to address me. It was weird to say the least.  In my mind, the banker could have easily looked to me and said she had a previously arranged appointment and that she would gladly be able to help me at a later time. Instead, the entire exchange was off-putting and clearly displayed a lack of customer service.

I am a resident of Loomis and own several pieces of property in this town. Wells Fargo has continually been a disappointment. With their attitude and arrogance and lack of knowledge is just amazing to me that they even have a branch in this town. They are a corrupt dishonest bank and I wish they would close the branch in Loomis. we deserve better. I switched to u.s. bank hopefully I'll have a better experience with them

My fianc Annie and I came into withdraw a cash for a landscaping project and had a downright delightful experience with a teller named Lisa (Fang may have been her last name, as it was printed on the receipt?) She was so friendly, polite and helpful throughout the entire process. It has been awhile since we haven't just used online/atm features to do our banking and today made us realize sometimes running into the bank can be an awesome experience. So thank you Lisa and the rest of the staff at this location for excelling at your job especially during these trying times :)
