I called to bring my vehicle in and dropped it off at about 10:30 AM. After I dropped off my vehicle I was told by associate Leo that my vehicle would be in 2-3 hours. I called again at around 1:15 PM and I was told by Leo that my vehicle would be done within 30 to 45 minutes. I returned at 2 PM and discovered that my vehicle is not done and the technician who was working on my vehicle left for lunch. I requested to speak to a manager, and I spoke with Dustin, who was unhelpful and disrespectful. Dustin made an excuse that Leo was new and did not know what he was doing. Dustin, an excuse saying my transmission was not in good condition and that he needed to test drive it and that it would be ready within the next 20 minutes. I received a phone call from Dustin and he told me theres possibly malfunctions with my transmission, and forgot to mention earlier that my vehicle was not being worked on for the past five hours. I was upset and picked up my car and wasted a whole day without any Reimbursements and a poor tone from Dustin as the store manager. Dustin portrays himself with a good respectful tone, but is actually being Condescending. I took my vehicle to Ghassems, which is a repair and maintenance mechanic shop, And they did all I asked for for $100 less and did not mention any further mechanical problems.

Excellent! Actually, we live in Irvine. We had a flat tire on the way home. They quickly sent us a tow truck and fixed our tire in the most affordable way. We're very pleased:))
