America's Tire - Closed

Have visited this shop several times and each and every time I received the best service possible. Professional and friendly team. Hats off to those who created this system and those how work within the system. Hope they all get treated well.

Tires are too expensive and there's always a long wait to get my tires fixed. I get it, they must be very busy and have a lot of satisfied customers coming back for I guess a premium tire change but I can't wait for 4 hours to come in for my appointment and then wait another hour for them to fix it. I can go to another tire shop and be seen right away and get the tires fixed in less than 10 minutes. For that reason I give it 2 stars for my experience with this company at multiple stores.

I am very disappointed at how things are handled at this location today. The place is busy when I arrived around 2PM and the estimated wait for everyone is about 1.5 to 2 hours. When I checked with the gentleman that checked me in at 3:30PM he said there are still 2 cars ahead of mine. Then around 3:40PM a customer that showed up around 3 came in to ask how many more cars is in front of his Jeep and he doesn't have much time to wait. He was informed there are 4 more vehicles to which he replied he can't wait that long. Then to my surprised either the store manager Austin or someone standing next to him said one of the staff will take his car now...and his Jeep is pulled in right after that leaving the owners of those 4 vehicles waiting longer... I do not know if this is the usual practice of this location or the guy chit chatted with the employees a bit when he first came in. But this is not the kind of service level I expect from America's Tire.
