Second review- In 2022 I bought my very first home and as she handed me the keys, Kelly told me that she was "in it for the long haul" and to be sure to reach out to her if I ever needed help with anything. That time came a couple of weeks ago when I got a letter in the mail from my insurance company letting me know that I needed to provide updated verification about some of the systems in my house (heater, electrical panel and plumbing). I wasn't sure if it was a big deal, so I decided to call Kelly. She educated me about what's going on with insurance companies leaving the state and told me she would help get it taken care of. About a day later, she called and told me that she tried to get my insurance company to pay for it, but they said no, so she called the inspection company she originally recommended when I bought the home and asked if they would give a courtesy discount. They said yes, and now this whole thing is put to bed! Kelly was true to her word, she really IS in it for the long haul. Thank you Kelly! From paperwork to letting me cry several times not knowing if I was doing the right thing. She gave me the confidence I needed to purchasing my home. Kelly told me early on that I will know when I find the right home. She was right!!! I am so grateful to have her as my realtor and a new friend!!!

Kelly is such an amazing, kind, patient, caring, and straightforward person. I truly believe she was sent in my direction for a reason. I was having trouble figuring out what to do with a property I had inherited and really struggling with making the right decision. Kelly sat me down and ran a bunch of scenarios with me so I could actually SEE my options and what would make the most sense. She held my hand (literally) and gave me a shoulder to cry on throughout the entire process, checked on me daily and showed up EVERY time to help me. I ultimately had to sell the property and she was able to guide me seamlessly the entire time. I not only gained a phenomenal realtor but a great friend through this process. Thank you so much Kelly for everything (big and small) that you've done for my family and I, I am forever grateful!

I was under the gun to find a place pretty quickly and Kelly was relentless with inundating me (in a good way) with new properties to see. Once I found one I liked, she made sure it was mine. Went above and beyond to make sure they accepted. Highly recommended!

Anyone looking to relocate out of California (like we did in 2019), my friend Kelly Corsino is a relocation concierge, I know that sounds fancy, but shes down to earth, has tons of affordable options all over the USA and is SO kind and capable! Very hands on, knowledgeable and trustworthy
