Scott was very professional and generally cared about helping our office move to a different location. Truly enjoyed working with Scott and would definitely do so again. Even though we were a small client for him he made us feel important and went out of his way and to find us the perfect new location! Scott and his associate Darren were super helpful finding us the perfect office space we needed. Knowing commercial real estate is constantly changing and subject to supply and demand needs, they stayed on course for us. They spent the time understanding our business, honed in on the areas we would consider to move to, and only showed us locations that could fit our exact needs. Thank you Scott for everything. He made dealing with corporate leasing a simple process. Even after years of into the lease, he would still do courtesy checks. That is incredible personal service.

What an unprofessional you are Scott Parker! I called this office inquiring about renting office space full time. He presented the option of renting space part time. I expressed interest because I had no idea I could rent office space on a part time basis. So when he starts asking me about the days I'm looking for, I tell him I'm not sure, but that I want to know both full and part time rental rates. He nips back, "You just said you were interested in part time space." I told him as a business, I would like both rates to see what's best for me. He abruptly told me, "Then go to Craigslist," and hung up the phone on me! I called him back to discuss his imperialism and horrible attitude but he sent me to voicemail. Not surprised! Not only did he show a complete lack of professionalism but it's so stupid to behave like that with a potential business client. Glad I dodged a bullet. Not only did your horrible attitude cost you a potential client, it got you a negative review too.

Their whole thing is full representation. They did all the negotiations and it turned out really well. Jeff was very effective. I recommend these guys to anybody. The landlord wanted to do it on his own. We made the right choice for sure.
