My husband and I were first time homebuyers and had our fair share of questions for Nate when we started our house hunting process. His timeliness and quick turnaround of information made us feel comfortable and trust Nate with all of our needs. He was always available by phone, email, or text when we had questions, and worked around our busy schedule to make the most out of house hunting. Nate and his team did an amazing job at getting us an extremely fast escrow. He and his lender, Daryl, work extremely close together to ensure everyone is on the same page when writing an offer. Their teamwork does not go unnoticed throughout the entire home buying process. We went from casually looking at houses to finding the perfect home in less than a month. Zero pressure while we were browsing and then fast action when a house was found. I credit Nate for allowing us to have the upper hand when our seller accepted our offer. Nate was able to submit a bid that promised a fast close after talking with our lender. This directly resulted in our offer being accepted over others. As a bonus a lower price was negotiated after inspection. Fast response time from Nate and his team allowed us to close is only 2 weeks and we could not be happier with the experience. As first time home buyers he was patient and explained all the details to us. Will definitely work with Nate again and recommend him to anyone who asks. Even though our home was not very expensive for the area I felt Nate gave us all the attention and work as if we were buying a multi million dollar house. I could tell Nate and his team really cared and enjoyed celebrating closing. Profesional seamless experience that allowed us to win the bid and get a great price on a perfect home.
