I love this place. Rented an office a month ago and couldn't be happier. After reviewing 3 other shared office spaces, this was the perfect combo of class, location and price.

I am on my third month here, and I love it!  You couldn't ask for a better location.  I love being on the ground floor so you, don't need an elevator or permission from dedicated security.  The library should re-open soon and is great to host seminars or you can use the conference rooms.  There is 24-minute parking, and even the street parking opens up pretty frequently.  Across the street is a 24-hour subway, around the corner is Chipotle, and one block down is burger king.  However, a lot of restaurants also have good happy hour deals.   Everyone here is charming.  The amenities are fantastic.  They just hired a new office manager last month, and she is AMAZING!!  Not only has she taken the initiative with any issues, but she also has been great at communicating.  The space itself is clean and ideal for professionals.  I love the shared conference rooms.  Every room has its own AC vent, but not all rooms can be controlled.  The glass can bounce noise a bit, but you can put up some cloth to help with that.  Those are the only complaints.  They provide furniture and the internet works great.I definitely recommend and hope to see you here.
