LD Products

I have been using this company for my toner supplies for over 10 years. They had always been fast and efficient and supplied a product that was comparable to OEM. My last order was placed over a month ago. I have called four times. The first time I called I finally got a hold of somebody at customer service and they said that the product was backordered and it will be shipped out in two days. I have since called three more times having not received an email nor product in the mail. I have been on hold in the queue waiting for customer service for up to two hours. I have left two voicemail messages and have received no return. I am going to protest this charge with American Express and never use this company again. Sad that something that used to be that good has turned this bad. Dont waste your time and money and dont let your toner get too low because these people are not going to solve your problem.

I should have read the recent reviews. Last year, I used to get the shipments within days, as I am only 2 miles away. Now, it has been a week, and the phone never gets answered. Ive emailed the customer service email. Nothing so far

I never use this website except 11 days ago. I ordered some ink for my copy machine and the option was three business days and its been 11 days now. And I havent seen nothing and by the way, I tried to call them and no answer my next step. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because this is scam written all over it and I am going to call my bank and cancel the credit card charge.

I have been a customer of LD Products since 2012. They used to be great -- competitive prices, fast shipping. I used to receive my orders within days of placing them. However, something has changed and not for the good. I placed an order on 12/17/2023. It didn't ship out to me until 1/10/2024. During that wait period, I tried repeatedly to reach their customer service. The phone never gets answered. Last week I decided to give them another chance. Again, after 8 days I have yet to hear anything from them in the way of a shipment confirmation and their phones are still not being answered. It's time for me to find a new ink and toner supplier.

DON'T BUY from this horrible compaby. THEY HAVE A... D- RATING...with the BBB. So many complaints. So many bad reviews online and even on Google Maps. The customer service number offers an option to call you back.. of course, they don't.
