Ordered on 1/31/22. Received 2/22/22. Was offered a 12% discount by customer service the first time I called looking for my order (no tracking number provided). Meh. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Believe it -- it's for real. I've used computers since the 80s, and printers have always been the problem. From setup to paying for cartridges, printers have been making me grind my teeth for almost 40 years. In my small business, I use 4 different printers to accomplish everything my business needs, and that's a lot of money spent on toner and ink. Finally, in desperation I tried 4inkjets.com. I started with the cartridges for my oldest, least crucial printer and they worked great! For about a third the cost! I tried my next least crucial printer, and those too worked great for a third the cost. Now, only a few months later, I ONLY buy ink or toner from 4inkjets.com, and for the first time ever, I feel pretty okay about my printers! Take the leap -- you won't be sorry.

Sent items that don't fit my printer. Broke the black cartridge holder of my printer. After you send an email to the customer service they email you back multiple times for pictures. Then they treat you like it was your fault they sent the wrong items. I waited on hold 54 minutes and no rep answered call. You have the option to leave your number for a call back... dont hold your breath. 2 days later and no call back. BAD PRODUCTS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Good price for the ink! Staff is very friendly, let me exchange my old inks that were 2 years old for the new printer I had, will repeat!
