UPDATE: I have left Regus several months ago. Still have not received my deposit/retainer. So their exit process is terrible as everything else in the actual office. Corporate greed at its finest. --- This center used to be really good before when there was a different manager. They hired a new manager in the beginning of the summer who has made this Center completely unprofessional. There is trash and food every where and most of the time, there are loud people in the lobby. The new manager is RUDE and unprofessional. Also, they rent out their conference rooms to people/companies that are not clients, so don't expect to have use of the conference room even if you have a full time office here and have been with Regus for years. None of it matters to the new manager. If you go there for a tour and ask about the competition or any other places you are looking at, pay very close attention to the way that the manager reacts. She will inform you that she apparently has insider information that makes all the other work spaces bad (SPOILER: she does not, the only thing she has is a bag full of lies). I would advise any one looking for an office space to run far, far away from this Regus. There are at least 5 other work spaces in walking distance for people looking for a professional office space without the added bonus of a terrible manager.

Nice office building, with difficult parking, like the whole area. Allow plenty of time, if you have business there.

3/23/18: $500 bike stolen from parking structure, right in camera view. Ask to see video, told to come back back when admin is there "next week" - we play that game for 2 weeks only to learn that as a "regular citizen" (victim) video is not available but rather one has to go thru the police - so we file a police report: 4/18/18 where one is told "well contact you"... EIGHT (8) WEEKS go by and I finally call to follow-up, only to find out: the case was NEVER assigned! & the rude cop "busy with felonies" states he will "try to get to it NEXT week" - only to call me 15 minutes later to say: "videos are erased every 26 days" = between the ridiculous red-tape on behalf of Parking Services & the foot dragging LBPD: I lost $500 that could have very easily been recovered had both parties acted in a more responsive and timely manner.
