I would never bring my grandparent or parent here ever !The DSD is rude and disrespectful and racist ! You have to bow down to LVNS and DSD and if not you can go . Horrible experience the place smelled like fish and pee and the DSD Karla I believe her name was yelled at me and used racial slurs against me basically singled me out because I was registry . If youre a CNA please dont even try to apply your waisting your time and effort !

Terrible rude staff who put you down and looking to always start problems with you. Apparently its a problem to care for staff here, I was told I have to be more rude to the residents like are you serious?!

My mom has been here for years and I had no problem going to see her before pandemic. Know I cant even call over the phone to check on her. They keep switching you to different until someone hangs up on you, and everything I try to make appointments to see my mom they change the rules without warning or notice. They are making it harder for people to see loved ones as if something else maybe going on at this facility. A closer look needs to be taken of this facility asap.

As an employee, if you care for your overall health and dignity, dont work here. The management is useless, coworkers are rude and lazy, the patients might as well been snatched off the streets of DTLA, terrible pay, awful and unsanitary condition, awful communication, lazy charge nurses who cant even deliver meds on time, pee all over the place (couches included), they let their patients, smoke in the facility despite there being LITERAL GAS TANKS in the facility (which is a very serious and lethal hazard), and too many incidents (& then having EVERYONE but the CNA that was actually responsible pay for one CNAs screw up). If youre a decent employee, I would advise you to go apply somewhere else. This place is nothing more than a liability not only to your certification, but to your health. If you have an old person you really hate in your life, put them here.
