Staff is great and willing to help as their limited in their powers to resolve situations.The administration runs this place like a prison which is unfair for the patients. I work in the Healthcare industry and the lack of leadership at this facility is very sad. My loved one was transfered to this facility from one of my hospitals and the plan of care would have sent them backwards from what the hospital did as there was no plan of care in place when they got to this facility. I feal sorry for any patient in this facility as their treated like cash cows with zero compassion. When my family went to get my loved one out as their doctor instructed my family to take them out the staff tried to say that they couldn't do that and tried tostop them as if it was a prison. I have bad patient care this was beyond that as they only have one RN to pass out medications for all these patients in this facility the only way they know their patients is by picture there's no personal connection at all. If you can try to avoid this place as much as possible.

My dad is currently here, this place is hell, I hope his family never ends up here. They sedated my dad for 6 hours, why? So that? There was no pain, no discomfort, there was nothing. Why did they do something like that? They didn't give me an answer.

I have been a resident here since 2016 and I have a family among all the nursing staff and management directors, and fellow residents. This is a great place to live, they take real good care of people. The food is good, the people are nice and respectful. We play games, we exercise to keep ourselves fit and active, and we know how to have fun. I love my family here at Royal Care.

have been visiting patients at there facility and notice the how they truly care for the patients and family. They are very accomodating, hospitable, and mostly they treat there patients like there family. The facility is very organize and clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Royal Care Skilled Nursing Center.
