My mom has been dealing with this company for two years. The AC part of the unit works but not the heating part. My mom has been without a heater pretty much right after they installed the unit. Freezing temperatures at night right now and all I can think about lately is my mom being cold in her house. They have come out 3 times now under warranty and still haven't repaired her unit. They are a disgrace of a company that are taking advantage of elderly and naïve folks. Do not trust this company.

Beware of Major Scam and Fraud. Be extra careful about who you are letting inside your home. This company "Fuse HVAC" is link with 4 different HVAC names using contacts of varies area codes. High Performance Heating and Air, Hi-Tech HVAC" and "High Performance HVAC." They are under one SCAM umbrella. Seems like they copy high rating HVAC companies to confuse the search engine when you are looking for service. On 11/4/21, I called fuse HVAC for a heating problem. A technician by the name of Joe (Looks middle eastern, heavy set, drives a white truck with a logo of "High Performance Heating and Air." Seems very pleasant with good customer service. After he inspected my HVAC, he provided a quote of $1150 to change the gas valve and control board. I explained, this unit is 3yrs old. Are you sure this is the problem? He stated, hes been in business for a long time and even gives a 5 year warranty to cover his work. I advise Joe, I trust his diagnostic and requested for an invoice. It became suspicious to me when I received the invoice. My name was spelled incorrectly 3 times. The company had no address but a PO Box. Again, the company logo is "High Performance Heating and Air" but the Email is Hi-Tech HVAC and the contract license is under High Performance HVAC. The invoice price was quoted higher than Joe original quote. The suspicion lead me to doing some research and later found out that this so-call fuse HVAC which I first initially called was tie to all these companies. Either this party (Joe) has done some very shady business scamming people or it is a major con-artist to have to use multiple outlet for business. Just do your own research and you will find that the picture they use to market themselves is very suspicious, reviews for this company is random and have no content of service. However, real customers feedback expressed that Joe has done this shady scam more than once to numerous customers. Here are two pictures to show you that this loser didn't even know how to put back my HVAC door. He got frustrated and left it open. I am still curious if he has messed with my furnace since there are two loose wires. Dont Recommend

AVOID "BIGGEST SCAM" I have seen numerous scamming companies in other industries but "fuse HVAC" is probably the biggest con-artist for the HVAC industry. Companies like these is what the communities needs to help each other avoid. On 11/4/21, I contacted "fuse HVAC" to service my heating problem. Google rank it at about 4.9 stars with a good amount of reviews. I made the mistake of not checking to see if the reviewers were legit. When the technician "Joe" (looks middle eastern, heavy set, drives a white truck with a logo of "High Performance Heating and Air) arrived. He seemed like a good person with great communication. After he inspected my unit, he provided me a quote of $250 for labor and $900 for parts (Includes: gas valve and control board). I advise Joe, this unit is only 3 yrs old. His response was, he has been in this industry for a long time and warrantee all his work. I trusted his diagnostic and requested for an invoice. This is where I realized I was about to get rob. The staff who sent the invoice spelled my name incorrectly 3 times. In the invoice, the company logo is "High Performances Heating and Air" but the email was "Hi-Tech HVAC" and the contract license was under "High Performances HVAC." The address is a PO Box with no clear detail of what was going to be service. The price Joe quoted me was $1150 but the invoice he sent was $1256. Nothing seem to add up.The suspicion lead me to do some research on "fuse HVAC" and later found out that "Joe" name has pop up under more than 4 companies. It's obvious that this person had to change his company name more than once to cover up his scandal. If you check all the positive reviews. You will find the majority of it has no content of service. Every negative feedback has indicated that Joe has scam numerous customers with the same labor pitch. Just take a look at my two photos. This loser couldn't even figure out how to put back my HVAC door. He got so frustrated he left it open. I am still curious if he has messed with any other parts in my furnace. I say, be "CAREFUL" who you are letting inside your home.

Yousuf Haddad came to my house, the heat was not working. He recommended replacing the furnace and AC and get the whole system checked. The furnace did look old so I agreed. They came in next day and did a quick and efficient installation and system check. Assured that they have checked everything, including the ducts and that things will work fine from here on. All I have I have to do from here on is to change the air filters. Grand total was 14650 USD. I waited all night and the temperature has gone up from 56 to mere 60 degrees in 6 hours. Happy to take down the review if they fix the "real" underlying cause and not sell me yet another product. In brief, nothing has been fixed. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
