We absolutely do stand behind our work, which is why I would like to leave you with an example of why our company may direct you to purchase a specific part through us instead of finding a part and purchasing it yourself online. We recently had a call with a customer that needed to replace their thermostat, and they supplied their own that they purchased online. We replaced the thermostat with the supplied part, and the part had to be purchased 3 times because the parts were low quality and defective. Once we got permission to procure and install our suggested thermostat, there were no longer issues. All of this additional time has to be expensed to the job, and by using the cheap online part, the customer had to pay for the job to be done 3 times. There are several reasons behind our policy of procuring our own parts. Our technicians are trained to identify the correct equipment needed for the job and we only like to work with reliable quality parts - if we know the product won't last, we don't want to use it. We work with companies that stand behind their parts, so if the part fails, we work with them to get you a replacement. Henderson Brothers stands behind our parts and labor for one year. The cost of having the job done right the first time with quality parts means you are saving the money, time and headache of having technicians out to your house repeatedly. Our priority is taking care of our customers. Cheap parts lead to quick fixes that often result in having to readdress the problem tomorrow. We aren't looking for a quick sale, we want to make sure your family is taken care of in the long term by giving you quality parts and quality service you can depend on. Being reliable and caring about the customers is how Henderson Brothers is still standing and serving after 128 years.
