The customer service on Lancaster Blvd: is TERRIBLE, I waited more than 45 minutes and when it was my turn they served someone else, they told me that their process was very fast. When they finished serving him, after approximately 15 minutes, they told him to keep waiting because someone was already arriving with an appointment. I tried to talk to the manager and DESPOTANTLY, he told me to wait. It's GARBAGE Wells Fargo. I'd better change my accounts to another bank. What a pity that we are like this today at Wells Fargo. So Think Before Opening a Wells Fargo Account

Horrible service, went in to open a new account I was waiting for about half hour for them to tell me they had appointments all day smh. Not very friendly.

Been with Wells Fargo for 20 years. This branch is the worst I have been to. I have had my appointments canceled with no notification twice. Everytime I come here there is huge lines and 2 cashiers. This location has to step up. Poor management. Always disappointed when I come here.

Its nice they have 3 atms outside. If there is a line, it moves fast.
