I would definitely recommend Sam and Carol to anyone with insurance needs. They have been extremely helpful and informative with all my insurance needs. I was especially thankful for their guidance and advice when it came to life insurance. I never really gave it much thought, but I came to realize that it's an expense that is well worth it in the long run.

For the past 10 years, I have always went with insurance agents who were more concerned about selling a product at the expense of customer service. With The Choi Agency, I have found the perfect blend of a great insurance product and even greater customer service to back that up. In the past year, I have had a windshield crack repaired, a towed car (which was in my dad's name) that needed our insurance agent to provide a documentation saying my mom was on the insurance policy so they could release the car (we called them waaaaay after business hours and were very accommodating), to life insurance consulting with my wife and I (as we are early into our careers). Even when my car got put in the shop and I needed to get a rental, they took care of all of the logistics. They just told me where I had to show up, and drop it off and sign. No paperwork (and the car they hooked me up with was awesome).The kind of customer service they provided to me was on another level compared to the last ten years of strangers handling my insurance. It makes me confident to know who will be my insurance agent for the next 40 years.

"It's never too young to get life insurance." This is a phrase I heard often but would not necessarily act on. Then, after my husband spent a few nights in the hospital--even though he was young, fit, and healthy--I realized that accidents and unexplained illnesses can happen to anyone, young or old.One day I sat down with Sam and Carol Choi, a husband and wife team for Farmers Insurance. They are warm, friendly, and most of all honest. I know many people tend to cringe away from insurance people but Sam and Carol are people you can trust. They don't try to up-sell you; instead, they really just try to help you pick the package that benefits you and your family the most.Did you know that getting life insurance while you're young is actually beneficial and...cheaper? I didn't know this. But after I met with Sam and Carol, I learned a lot of things I didn't know. They really helped me understand how life insurance works, how it's a myth that only older people need/get life insurance, etc. They sat down with my husband and I and answered any questions we had (and we had a lot since I never bothered to learn about life insurance before).After picking the package I wanted, Carol informed me that a nurse will come to my home to get some blood samples whenever it was convenient for me. This was great since I thought I would have to drive somewhere and pay to get a blood sample done. When a nurse did come to my place a couple days later, everything went by fast and smoothly and I got my results soon thereafter. Your current health and the results from the blood test will affect the amount you pay per month for the life insurance package you signed up for. This is why it's better to get it while you're young! But remember it's never too late OR too early to get life insurance. I highly recommend The Choi Agency if you're looking into insurance since they're honest and trustworthy.
