Rude Becky lady at AAA Laguna branch February 23rd 2024 saying loudly let's get the eff out of here to her co worker. I looked over shocked I couldn't believe my ears she didn't seem like the type of person would be yelling that. Also I paid for my policy and I asked for a receipt by email and my agent never gave me a receipt still to this day I didn't get a receipt. Also a little over a year ago I was overcharged mileage by sea country and towing through AAA and when I asked for another company to tow the vehicle because they were price gouging on the mileage the AAA agents completely refuse me service for approximately 5 hours I basically had to call repeatedly over the phone for them to still send the sea country. I overpaid and tow driver left me stranded at the mechanic shop and I had to pay $30 extra to get home. disgusting behavior. AAA should be ashamed of themselves.

This AAA rocks! So professional and easy to deal with! Dana Mullaney, Nikola Mesinkovski and Rosie were AAAMAZING to work with. They helped with insurance, trip planning and car registration. Couldnt be more grateful to their expertise, courteousness and customer service. Thanks! AF

Website sucks. Searched website for Global entry information. Info came up with oversized fonts and screen so cant view entire information. If you want convenience in taking care of your car registration its great. Forget the website.
