Grubbs Insurance

Grubb Insurance has always provided excellent service up until the merger. Now if you can get someone on the phone who even knows their own email address (let alone insurance) to send correspondence, you're lucky. Once you get a policy, you're on your own if you have questions. I miss Grubb.

I have been with Grubbs Insurance for over 20 years. Through the good times and bad...they have always taken care of our family's insurance needs. They have always made sure we were in the best, most affordable policies that suit our familie's needs. There were never any "surprise" expenses that arose from pregnancy or other medical emergency because our policy coverage was always explained to us at the time of issue. Anna Grubbs and her team truly go above and beyond. They care. I am happy to say she is my agent for life.

Anna Grubbs team is excellent! All staffs are friendly, informative and quick to respond. I have relied on them for 4 years and I could always picked the right option for me and my family.For next year, I get eligible for health insurance and need to cancel my covered California account, but in case I need to buy private insurance again, I would definitely visit Anna Grubbs team to ask for help!Kudos for Karen and Anna!

Anna Grubbs was excellent in explaining Medicare for my husband and helping my son and I purchase private health insurance when my husband retired.  She was friendly, responsive and extremely knowledgeable.  She explained Medicare and the process in an easy to understand way.
