I am a City Bank customer and I required Banking in the Laguna Hill area, I went to the City Bank branch off of Calle De La Louis in Laguna Hills.
Upon my arrival, I was faced with the happy-faced bank employees.
Very nice, polite & efficiently knowledgeable teller ( Niaz) and the Branch Manager ( Omar ) who helped me with mine, not ones everyday banking requests.
They made my banking such a pleasure with their knowledge, help, and good attitude.
I am exceptionally thankful to them all for making my day.

Dear Manager
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent customer service experience at your branch.
During my interaction with Teller Azita Khaghani, I encountered behavior that I found to be unprofessional and discourteous. Unfortunately, Teller was quite rude throughout the transaction, and her tone and demeanor were not in line with the expected level of customer service.
As a customer, I believe in the importance of respectful and courteous interactions with bank staff, and I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed during my visit. I understand that everyone has challenging days, but I believe its essential for customer-facing employees to maintain a positive and helpful attitude.
I hope this matter can be addressed promptly, and necessary steps taken to ensure that all customers receive the level of service they deserve. I appreciate your attention to this issue and am confident that you will take appropriate action to maintain the high standards of customer service that Citibank is known for.
