Cashed checks for 3 months from same company but because my last check was about 100.00 more and exceeded 1000.00. They would not cash it. Ridiculous. Wouldnt open an account here if you paid me to.

I don't often give reviews, but The company that I work for has been banking with the Laguna Hills branch a little over a year now. I handle the  AP/AR so I deal with bank all the time and every time I need help they're always available and willing to help resolve any issues I might have, the ladies are pleasant and knowledgeable and are great at getting back to you with answers, I usually interact with Jenny who is great and Raquel, but any of their staff has been trained with good customer service skills.

Banking as it should be-personal!  Their customer service is outstanding and exceeds all expectations.  The manager Haroon is always helpful and willing to go that extra mile.  The staff is very professional and always courteous.  I highly recommend this bank over all others.
