We (wife and I) are VERY impressed with Paul's and his agencies' experiences and efficiencies in getting us through the whole buying process, and a bonus, especially when he's from SoCal and got us a place in NoCal less than 3 weeks. We were just browsing the market and were not ready to make a purchase until another 6 months or so, however, wife saw a place that caught her eyes and we contacted Paul; we were immediately able to view the house through Paul's coordination, set up a lender, and take the listing off the market within 4 days (within the same day if we had preapproval in place). I would definitely recommend Paul as an agent if you're looking to get into the market or already in the market. He treats us like a member of the family and provided us with quality services, especially the communications; I could contact him any time of the day and he would response right away (even though he shouldn't/doesn't have to). He knows what I were going to ask him and would have the answers for me then and there or would follow up with his agencies, and this speaks experience!

I cannot recommend Paul Tran highly enough! Paul works with you to make sure you are comfortable with all decisions and then he goes into action! Paul continued to try to make things as easy as he could for me going through the selling process. Paul is an excellent communicator and explains everything thoroughly and then updates you every step of the way. He went so far as to schedule the handyman and grout cleansers just so I did not have to be bothered with it. His photographer was incredible and the pictures and video of my home helped bring in record number of people to view my home. I trusted Paul to guide me through the process and then when we received 10 offers on my home, he helped to make sure we chose the right buyer. We were able to close the deal quickly and I was able to stay in my home rent free until I was able to make my move out of state. The most incredible thing was Paul also set a record for getting the highest price per square foot in my area! If you choose Paul Tran for your realtor, you will not regret it!!
