This is the 2nd time we worked with Torey. The first time was when we bought our condo in 2016. We had such a great experience that Torey was the only realtor we wanted to work with when we decided to list our condo. This time was a bit more complicated since we would be selling and buying. We appreciated Torey answering each and every one of our questions with patience and thoughtful answers especially about the selling side. Torey is knowledgable, honest, polite, professional, humble, excellent negotiator, and basically has every trait you would want in a realtor. As nerve racking as this was, the one thing we knew for sure was that we chose the right realtor and everything else would fall into place. The process was pretty smooth overall and we were glad we had Torey on our side. We love our home and can see ourselves here for a long time. We could not have gotten this place without Torey!

I have worked with Torey Severino for over 16 years as my real estate agent. I first met Torey when he called me over the phone when I was attempting to sell a property myself, as a for sale by owner back in 2002. He was very persistent and determined to earn my business and I agreed to meet with him. I could see he was hungry and eager to get my home sold and earn my business. I immediately liked his approach and style. He was intentional in his words and was very direct in his approach. He seemed only focused on what was best for me and I could see that right from the get go! He is extremely knowledgeable and informative about the market and all the changes that take place. He always does his research very thoroughly and that has helped tremendously in our experiences together. I think you can tell a lot about a person when you first meet them, and I just felt Torey was sincere, genuine and honest! He has always looked out for my best interest in every sale we have had together and that is rare in the real estate industry. I have had the pleasure of working with him on many sales over the years and he has yet to disappoint me or my family. I have referred him out too many customers and he has always delivered with the highest standard for them as well. Torey is grrrreat! I would recommend him to friends and family, even strangers on the street.. =) I told him what I want and finds exactly what I was looking for. He is not your typical pushy real estate agent. He gave pros & cons and let you make the decision. I was the first time home buyer. I didn't know much. He took his time to explain to me the process and patiently walked me through again and again every time I asked the same questions. Oh boy, the process was the pain. Thank goodness Torey was there to do most of the work. It's the little things that matter. He made sure I got the right inspections, the insurances and negotiate the best price for my house. He is so proactive on scheduling appointments/house visits. He accommodated my last min requests. He is awesome! Friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable agent! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
