Thanks so much to Meital Taub and her team at Livel Real Estate for making selling our home in Huntington Beach such a positive experience. What we liked: 1. We got the price we wanted in a short amount of time 2. She set the price at a reasonable level in line with our expectations 3. She worked to maximize pricing through the sale negotiations, and did not purse below market tire kicking offers 4. She listed our home in various publications and hosted open houses during the process 5. Communication was excellent and professional through-out the process. Her team was engaged and helpful 6. We have one issue and she personally stepped in an resolved it promptly and effectively 7. The process was seamless including listing, negotiation of sale, inspections, repair negotiation and closing she made it hassle free for us! 8. She was conscientious of our needs during the process and worked with us We bought this home through Livel, and had good experience, so when it came time to sell Livel was an easy choice. That said, we have bought and sold many homes , and this last experience with Meital was the best experience so far. We will surely seek to have her represent us again when we return to Huntington Beach.

Working with Meital makes the whole process easy. We leased our house, and Meital found exactly the tenant we were looking for. She has a keen understanding of the market, prices aggressively but realistically, presents the house beautifully, and has a huge network of potential buyers/tenants. She was always positive, and always got back to us in 20 minutes. Her team members. Max and Ashleigh, are great secret weapons. Leasing or selling a home can be an anxious process, and Meital made it smooth and simple. A great experience. January 2024 update: We asked Meital to lease the house again, and the first potential tenants who visited the house leased it! Whether the Livel team are miracle workers, or it's just a couple cases of good luck, we have had extraordinary success together and they have made our lives easier and better.
