        Thanks to the mortgage advisors my husband and i was able to close our VA loan with no documents, my husband is disable but the last lender charged us a funding fee that we didn't know about. Ace was able to get out loan closed in about 15 days and he got our $25,000 funding fee returned to use!! Thanks Ace and Mortgage Advisors. Of course I'm referring all my friends.

        The mortgage advisory did an amazing job on refinance, i was referred to Ace but worked with Mark II also. They explained everything and made the process very smooth. I started in mid August and was done by Sept 1! I wont be using any other company for my home financing needs. Thanks again:)
