I must say that working with Franklin Direct for a home loan refinance was a very seamless and smooth process. Working with Cory Shore (Loan Officer) was a pleasure and always kept me informed from the beginning of the process to the end and very detailed I may add (He is awesome). Melissa Southerland (Operations Manager) along with Christel Pearson (Loan Processor) were also great in making the process run smooth. Cory & his assistants have been so helpful & patient as they guided me through the refinancing of my home. They were professional, as well as friendly when dealing with me.
