Dave Financial is the company you need. I cannot recommend them enough. Dave really knew his stuff, he was helpful, and responsive. I received professional and helpful service on my first home purchase. Every question I had was answered in a timely manner. Dave was easy to talk to and made sure I understood everything that was presented to me. The whole process was easy, and I was kept informed the whole way. Top partner (especially if you qualify for a VA Loan) due to professional excellence and just wonderful customer service. Bottom line, he greatly assisted us in getting the home we wanted and saved us a substantial amount of money. I give him a lot of credit for helping us present a strong financial offer as well as helping us close extremely fast. Our realtors (30+ years of experience) were actually amazed how fast and error free he is. I also was very grateful and how respectfully and patiently he explained various aspects of not just the loan but the opportunity costs of how much to put into the down payment and how much to keep invested in something other than a home. He answered a bunch of questions I didn't even know to ask and this is my 4th time buying a home. I wish I would have had him on my team for the previous 3 and I would certainly recommend him to my family and friends without any reservation. I did not know him before calling him to see if he would be a good match. I called him because he had a great reputation from 3 different and unrelated contacts, and he greatly exceeded my expectations and I feel I gained a trustworthy friend as well as a new home.
