I went to Chase Bank in La Verne to talk to a banker for a fraud related matter. I set down and waited for about 25 minutes and not one employee came to ask if I needed help. There was a banker in one of the cubicles sitting all by herself. I approached her and asked if there was anyone to help me, she said, "I am the only banker and booked all day", while she had no one with her or no one else waiting. She could have helped me for 5-10 minutes, even if a person was scheduled to come in, since there was no one else waiting around.
She said she can make a schedule for next week!!!!!! This was for a fraud issue but she did not care, and she had a polite sarcastic grin on her face!!!!!!! She did not care!!!! I waited around to possibly talk to the manager and that did not happen also, and I finally walked out of the bank!!
I waited over 30 minutes, and no one came to ask me anything or to notify me that I need to make an appointment or anything. I guess I could have set around for the rest of the day until closing time and they would have asked me to leave at that time.
