      image Edgar Salazar is an incredible Universal Banker. He works at the LaVerne California branch. We came in for help due to fraudulant activity in our bank account. He went way of his way to help us to get us protection and new debit cards. He's very competent, patient, kind and ready to go out of his way to make his customers satisfied!

      image Unbelievably deplorable customer service.
      Go in today for a wire transfer to fund a real estate transaction. System is down.
      Okay. I can deal with that.
      Can I use the restroom before I make the drive to a branch whose system is up?
      NOPE!!!!
      For those interested, once I arrived at the branch I was directed to, their system was down.
      One West clearly does not need me to keep my money with them any longer.
