Fidelity Investments

During my recent visit to fidelity bank , I approached with cashier lady , KATELYN MURPHY . to inquire about my accounting needs.unfortunately , despite expressing my concern , I waited 20 minutes while she seemed preoccupied with her phone. when i asked about the delay , she mentioned they were busy , her suggestion to call a number instead of assisting me on-site was disappointing and didn't align with my expectations of the bank's service standing .also they had no customers at all ....... The office is in irvine california .SHAME ON FIDELITY

I've worked with several investment services but Fidelity is by far the best. If you use this location you must try to get Campbell Kelley as your advisor. He's one of the most helpful people I've ever met and has been instrumental in helping my family and I save significantly more towards our future. Thank you Fidelity and Campbell Kelley!

Note: It is now located on the 3rd floor at Suite 300 once you enter the building. AND you have to pay for parking. I believe it was 5 dollars. Overall, my experience was great! Very fast and easy. I was having trouble with my account and the customer service line was not able to help me. The gentleman at the front helped me with no problem at all! He was professional and nice. Thank you so much!!
