        On Saturday morning (Dec, 23rd - before Christmas holiday) I went to the branch with no appointment to open a bank account! Please note I'm a Canadian Citizen and just moved to the US with lots of questions! The gentleman patiently answered all my questions and opened my bank account in less than 15 minutes! This is what is called "Top Notch Customer Service!!!"

        Poor customer service. They managed to schedule aan appointment incorrectly. The teller had no customers and would not even help. Very lazy group.
