        This branch is rude to its customers. I just witnessed David using a very rude tone to a customer who asked how to purchased currency. Such a wasted opportunity for a big bank.

        Very disappointed from the customer service! They give us wrong info and we are still waiting for the bank respond, and they just dont answer our mails.

        Disappointing customer service. Went in for an appointment and waited more than 20 min without anyone greeting us except for when we first walked in, and when we inquire about the wait we were just given a compete run around. It seems like they simply do not care.
