        I have been a customer for over 20 years and unfortunately Chase became a BBS (big bank syndrome) where they don't care about customers anymore. They provide offers that they don't intend to fulfill and they waste your time with horrible customer service.

        Staff was so helpful. My son is an account holder and they assisted with getting some documents notarized. Super professional, friendly, and efficient. Im now considering getting a Chase account to get such wonderful service.
