Tom, the service technician, was knowlegable, professional and nice. My window and screen are both working great!
Orignally it was difficult to get the service department to agree to help me with my window which would not close properly. I was given incorrect advice and told to install a latch myself. A task I am not physically able to do.

20 years ago we did our entire house with Milgard. Recently our sliding glass door and one bedroom window became very hard to open. After making an online appointment they came out and fixed both perfectly at no cost to us. The service guys were very polite and they called me 20 minutes before they arrived. So glad we chose Milgard!
